Rutgers University’s New Brunswick campus is located in New Brunswick and neighboring Piscataway Township, New Jersey. Our conference will be located at Busch Student Center, accessible from downtown New Brunswick via both free Rutgers buses and door-to-door Extending Play shuttles.

An Extending Play shuttle van will loop between the Hyatt Regency and the Busch Student center during the following times:

  • Friday Sept. 30th: 8:00-11:00am (starting at the Hyatt) and 5:30-8:30pm (starting at Busch).
  • Saturday Oct. 1st: 7:30-10:30am and 6:00-9:00pm.

Rutgers is accessible to both Penn Station in New York City and Newark Liberty International Airport via rail on the NJ Transit Northeast Corridor Line (approximately 60 minutes between Penn and downtown New Brunswick, or 30 minutes between New Brunswick and Newark Airport).

Our conference venue, the Busch Student Center, is wheelchair-accessible, and many other adaptive services can be provided upon request.

Extending Play visitors may park in Rutgers parking lots 51, 59, 60B & 67 without any permit. More information about Rutgers parking lots is available from Rutgers University Maps here. Special event parking in these lots is only for visitors to the University, and does not include free metered parking. Faculty, Staff, and Students must continue to park in lots they are normally authorized to park in.
